"We talked to Ruth, our Lake Ashton Community representative, for over a year. When we received the invitation to visit during the Sizzling Summer Sale, we decided to schedule the 3-day 2-night stay.
Our personal representative, Karen, was so helpful and nice. In less than an hour we had fallen in love with the active lifestyle, amenities and attractive community. The new model center features well built "certified green homes" with many energy saving features. So of course, we just had to take advantage of the huge savings they are offering during their Sizzling Summer Sale.
We feel comfortable knowing we have made a great decision and also received an outstanding value. The fact that Lake Ashton has a sister community with a Continuing Care Campus gave us added peace of mind for later years. We can’t wait to move into our new "green" home and begin living our retirement dream."
