Greetings from sunny Central Florida. I just saw our Director of Construction and he showed me the NEW floor plans for Lake Ashton. WOW, is all I can say. I can't wait to see the new model center with theses beautiful new homes. The first permits have been submitted so building will be starting very shortly. All of you looking at Florida retirement communities need to make plans to visit Lake Ashton and see for yourself the lifestyle, homes and community you have been dreaming of.
